Governance
The Board is committed to maintaining appropriate standards of corporate governance. Metals One (the “Group”) is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and is mandated to adopt a recognised corporate governance code. The Group has adopted the 2023 QCA Code. The Corporate Governance section provides an extensive overview of the application of the code by the Group.
The Board is supported by three Board committees with delegated authority to review certain specific matters in detail and then to make recommendations to the Board. The final decisions are made by the Board. The Board has set out the roles and responsibilities for each committee.
