Our Projects

Ideally situated for supply of battery metals to Europe from stable jurisdictions

European EV manufacturers require battery metals on their doorstep – minimising carbon emissions in processing and transportation and reducing supply chain risk. Our northern European projects have the potential to become world-class resources of battery metals for Europe.

At our Finland – Black Schist Project, located adjacent to Europe’s largest operating nickel mine, there is an Inferred Mineral Resource of 28.1 Mt Ni-Zn-Cu-Co as well as additional exploration targets.

At our Norway – SRH Råna Project, we have an opportunity for brownfield exploration of the Råna intrusion, which has proven potential for massive sulphide Ni-Cu-Co mineralisation.

Finland – Black Schist Project

  • 706 km² across three areas:
    o Rautavaara S

    o Paltamo
    o Rauta 9-11
  • Compelling case for further exploration for Talvivaara-style Ni-Zn-Cu-CO deposit
  • Access to historical data

Norway - SRH Råna Project

  • 18 km² across three contiguous exploration licences, including three priority prospects:
    o Arnes
    o Bruavatnet
    o Rånbogen
  • Early-stage
  • Established nearby infrastructure and transport routes

Sustainability

Sustainability is integral to our strategy, both in terms of our operations and the importance of our target metals to the decarbonisation of the global economy

Battery metals are essential to achieving net zero by supplying the EV and energy storage markets.

Our projects will directly support the decarbonisation agenda by offering a suite of critical metals required to achieve the complex chemistries of battery technologies.

With European projects, Metals One is putting supply on the doorstep of major demand, reducing the distance to end markets and associated emissions.
